Landscaping Department - Report a Problem

Report a dead plant or problem with your Planting or Hardscape installation. Please call the Landscape Department at 703-327-5050 or 301-353-0606, or link to our Report a Problem form below. Dead plants or problems reported by phone, or emails without photos attached will be inspected by a Customer Service representative as quickly as our schedule allows.

In the peak seasons there can be a delay of 10-15 weekdays for an inspection. If you are able to forward photo(s) of the plants or problem we will be able to move more quickly.
