If so, that&#8217;s great. But, are you bored? Is cabin fever setting in with some of you? Are you wondering what you can do or what your family can do during this quarantine period?<\/p>\n<p>GO OUTSIDE!!! Oh, how those two words bring back childhood memories. I can still hear my mom telling me to go outside when she would get tired of me being inside. Most times she did not have to say it twice. I would walk around the farm, talk to the sheep, pet the cats and dogs, climb a tree, and go \u201cexploring\u201d on the Tymochtee Creek looking for fish, snakes, crawdads, and do a little fishing with my cane pole. I made myself happy.<\/p>\n<p>This is what we all need to do today &#8211; make ourselves happy. Re-connect with nature. Gardening can be a stress releaser for most people.<\/p>\n<p>These last few weeks my kids and grandkids are spending much more time playing outside than they ever did before. Just knowing this is happening is putting a smile on my face.<\/p>\n<p>Also, this past couple of weeks, with schools now being shut for the remainder of this academic year, I am seeing more parents and grandparents coming into the garden center. They are looking for plants and they are looking for vegetable plants. This means that young families are trying to re-connect with nature.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS!!<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>COME SEE US FOR ALL YOUR PLANT NEEDS AND SUPPLIES. NOW THAT WE ARE INTO APRIL, WE ARE CARRYING MORE AND MORE VEGETABLE PLANTS, HERBS, SMALL FRUITS, AND FLOWERING PERENNIALS AND ANNUALS, ETC.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Life tends to keep many of us inside as students or office workers so this is a great time to go outside.
