Our landscape designers utilize natural stones, bluestone, slate, and travertine and marble, as well as premium Nicolock concrete pavers. We construct formal and naturalistic ponds as well as pondless water features.

Patios & Walks
Meadows Farms constructs patios and walks from flagstone, slate, travertine marble, natural stone, and precast pavers. The choice of paving material can be guided by practical consideration – to match a building material used to construct a house, or perhaps as a contrast to that material. Or your choice can purely be from personal preference.
Gazebos, Arbors, Pergolas, Outdoor Kitchens, and more
Structures such as gazebos, arbors, and pergolas tie the landscape together and create an attractive focal point. No other feature can – so quickly, easily, and affordably – produce such a visual impact while adding permanent value to your home.

Meadows Farms designs and builds decks with a variety of hardwoods and composite materials for low-maintenance. Our designers will work with you to determine the size and features suited to your lifestyle.

For customers interested in professional installation (with a minimum $1,000 contract), our landscape designers will arrange to meet you at your home. Please discuss fees for additional design and consultation with your landscape designer.

Free Walk-In Design Service
Whether you are planting for yourself, or want Meadows Farms to do the planting for you, our designers are available mid-March through mid-June and September through October at many of our nurseries. There is no charge for this design service and no appointment is necessary. Please bring any photos and/or a sketch of the area to be landscaped. Contact your local Meadows Farms garden center for hours and designer availability.

Meadows Farms’ 23-acre Landscape nursery in Chantilly, Virginia is dedicated to our installation clients. Extensive display gardens showcase patios, walkways, stone walls, ponds, and lush plantings. You are invited to drop by Monday through Friday from 8 am through 4 pm, or you can contact us to make an appointment with one of our design staff.
