Amanda began working in the nursery industry in high school in 1990. She graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Landscape Architecture in 1997. After moving to Virginia in 2003, she became a Virginia Certified Horticulturist in 2004. In 2006, she became a Virginia Licensed Pesticide Applicator and an ISA Certified Arborist.
Amanda studied abroad in Italy and Australia and has a strong grasp of both formal and informal landscape design. As a passionate Horticulturist and gardener, her motto is: Right Plants in the Right Spots.
