With 17 years at Meadows Farms, Brad Bobenrieth plays a vital role in overseeing retail operations and managing personnel across the company. As Vice President of Operations & Personnel, he leads efforts to implement new policies and procedures, recruit and develop staff, and coordinate educational field trips that inspire future horticulture enthusiasts.
Brad also manages purchasing for bulk and bagged mulch, soils, and seasonal greenery, as well as operations for the Moo Thru ice cream department, ensuring quality and efficiency across all areas. In addition, he serves as project manager for mid-sized improvement projects and acts as Regional Manager for multiple locations.
A graduate of Delaware Valley University with a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness, Brad combines his academic background with hands-on leadership to support Meadows Farms’ continued growth and success. Outside of work, he enjoys life on the horse farm he shares with his wife, where they provide a peaceful haven for retired horses to enjoy their golden years.
