Jamuna is proudly a botany nerd who designs landscapes that blend sustainable, low-maintenance designs with highly aesthetic layouts.
Her curiosity for how plants grow started during early childhood in a small town in South India and blossomed during her formal induction into the world of Horticulture alongside her corporate
career near London. Jamuna’s horticultural career includes training with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) at Wisley Gardens and Hyde Hall in the UK, culminating in the prestigious RHS
certification in Horticulture.
Having gardened across four continents—and in Loudoun County for nearly 20 years—she deeply understands how climates, cultures, and landscapes interact and influence one another.
Her distinct design philosophy combines the naturalistic high romance of her horticultural idol Piet Oudolf’s stylized natural prairie planting ethos with Beth Chatto’s practical “right plant, right place” approach.
While her career in the corporate world has allowed her to shake hands with aristocracy and curtsy to royalty, Jamuna’s true passion lies in building deeply empathetic relationships to bring
her clients’ unique horticultural aspirations and visions to life using her Global Artistry, passion, and technical skills.
