As Owner of Meadows Farms, Jay Meadows plays a leadership role in every aspect of the company’s operations, from guiding overall strategy to supporting the teams that keep Meadows Farms growing strong. Over his 34 years as president, Jay has led the organization through more than 30 nursery openings and closings, navigated multiple economic recessions, and overseen the successful transition of many key executives. His steady leadership and deep commitment to the company’s mission have helped shape Meadows Farms into one of the region’s most trusted names in gardening and landscaping.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys fishing, football, and good food, three of his favorite ways to relax and recharge.
