Gift Ideas for Gardeners

WITH HANUKKAH JUST UNDERWAY AND CHRISTMAS COMING SOON, WE INVITE YOU TO SHOP AT THE GREAT BIG GREENHOUSE FOR UNIQUE GARDENING GIFTS

The sky is the limit when finding new and unique gifts for that gardener in your life. So, let the fun begin by shopping for your favorite gardener. It can be as easy as 1, 2, 3! Here are the three easy steps:

  1. Stop by The Great Big Greenhouse.
  2. Have a set budget in mind.
  3. Let us show you some great gardening gift ideas.

Without a doubt, doing this blog on “Gifts for Gardeners” is one of my favorite blogs to write for the year. I guess that is why I do this blog every year at this time. And I love highlighting gift ideas on my weekly television gardening segment. With both, I love to write and demonstrate the use of the FOLDING GARDEN KNEELER STOOL. As I get older, this stool will significantly help with gardening. It enables you to get down to the ground, and then it assists in standing back up. I love it!!!!!!!

PLANTS

A gardener can never have too many plants. My wife may think differently. Plants—either tropical houseplants or hardy outdoor plants can make a great gift. It may be hard to wrap. Here at The Great Big Greenhouse, we pride ourselves on carrying one of Central Virginia’s most extensive selections of houseplants. Most houseplants are called “clean air machines” because of their ability to purify the air in our homes or offices.

As for outdoor plants, this is still an excellent time to plant in your gardens. Our soil rarely freezes hard enough to keep us from being able to plant in December. An avid gardener also never has enough gloves, pruners, trowels, or new equipment.

Here is a quick list of gift ideas for any gardener:

  • Pruners
  • Gardening tools
  • Birdfeeders
  • Wind chimes
  • Garden flags
  • Glazed containers
  • Concrete statuary
  • Gloves
  • New 2024 Vegetable garden seeds & related supplies
  • And so much more

And, if you can’t decide, a Great Big Greenhouse GIFT CARD is always a great idea.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
