There’s no better way to start your holiday planning than with two of our most popular holiday events! By the way, the garden center looks fantastic with all our holiday décor. And, we have just received our first shipments of freshly cut Christmas trees, wreaths, garlands, and greens.
12th Annual Ladies Night Out
Our 12th annual LADIES NIGHT OUT is scheduled for Friday, November 17th, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The theme this year is “LET’S LIVE IT UP!” Ladies Night Out has become a holiday tradition for many (and, yes, men you are invited to come as well—PLEASE!!!!). It is FREE ADMISSION!! We are starting the holiday season with a BIG SALE on all of our HOLIDAY HOME DÉCOR and our freshly received POINSETTIAS. Enjoy music, door prizes, wine tasting, and hors d’oeuvres while you shop.
Special Guest: Steph Green with Contained Creations
We are very pleased to have STEPH GREEN with CONTAINED CREATIONS as our special guest here from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, giving a talk and demonstration on designing techniques for putting together HOLIDAY CONTAINER CREATION using fresh greenery. WOW!!!! I am so excited that Steph will be here for you and all of us to learn her tips on being creative—ALL FREE!
Special Appearances by Santa and the Original Snow Queen
Many vendors from our weekly farmers market will be here selling their locally-made items.
We are asking for support for the CENTRAL VIRGINIA FOODBANK and RICHMOND ANIMAL LEAGUE. With a $5.00 donation, you will be given a coupon for a complimentary glass of wine from GRAYHAVEN WINERY. And, non-perishable food items are welcome.
23rd Annual Holiday Open House
Our 23rd annual HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE is this weekend. We will have fun door prizes with seasonal goodies. Santa will be here Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Everyone is welcome to sit with Santa – KIDS & PETS.
SATURDAY ONLY: We have a fantastic BAKE SALE provided by the RICHMOND SYMPHONY LEAGUE. Perfect timing for some homemade yummies!!! Come show your support!
